Another drawing which definately needs a better photo taken of it... This was the best I could do, the lighting was bad, without flash it was too dark, head on it gave flash shine, I just can't take good pictures of my shit. Again, professional photographs later, but.. bleh for now!!!
Monochromatic still life in orange. Prismacolor pencil (black, white, spanish orange, pumpkin orange), 18x24" mi tientes paper (I think the actual drawing size is 10x14"?)
Absolutely incredible! The elephant looks so REAL!!! I seriously had to wrestle with my mind that that was part of the drawing, and not like, some object sitting on top of the paper, or something! Way cool.

Uhm, I would guess like... 30 to 35 hours of working time? I spent a lot of time measuring proportions to make sure everything was accurate to a hair. It was difficult for some reason! I'd say a good 5 to 8 of those hours was just preliminary proportion work!
-- It is hard to see the whole picture when you are inside the frame.
When is enough enough... What difference does it make when popular artist vent vent vent and support a site that tolerates deviant behaviour. HA! no wonder its all in a name.

Your Darkest Dreams is a monthly feature devoted to sharing dark photography works from DeviantArt. Often misunderstood as "morbid" or "depressing", Your Darkest Dreams seeks to show this kind of photography in a new way: by showcasing art that is thought provoking, but at the same time unabashedly displays the beauty in darkness.
I can't believe so many artists dedicate their efforts and time to create authentic works of art for us to USE freely! In the world of 3D stocks [ most of it unknown to the photomanipulators ] you can find truly inspiring fantasy and surreal elements that could never be captured by a regular camera. And the best part is that most of them come in a transparent background, so we can simply click and drag onto our work. How fun, fast and easy is that?
A former volunteer with the Artist Relations team, `kuschelirmel has always been a wonderful role model within the community.
With a vibrant and eclectic gallery that would make anyone proud, her dedication to providing informative and easy to follow tutorials, journal CSS, and inspirational stock is clearly long overdue for recognition.
